Each tee is printed after you order, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Transit time comes on top: about 3 to 5 business days in the US, 5 to 10 to Canada and 10 to 20 to Australia and New Zealand. Tracking arrives by email as soon as it leaves the print facility.

US orders ship for $5.95 and are free over $85. Canada is $9.95, free over $120. Australia and New Zealand are $14.95, free over $150. The exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes, until production starts, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.

The relaxed unisex fit runs true through the chest with a slightly longer body, so it sits roomier than a standard fitted tee. Between sizes, size up for a looser drape or size down for a closer fit.

Open the Size Guide on any product page. Measure a tee you already love, armpit to armpit, and match it to the chart. Full measurements are listed for every size.

S to 4XL in every colorway. Nothing is made until you order, so there is no sold-out size in a warehouse.

The relaxed unisex fit is the safe pick. If it does not fit, the recipient gets one free size exchange within 30 days.

Yes. Every order includes one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the tee is unworn and unwashed. There is nothing to post back first. See Returns & Exchanges for the steps.

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the item.

You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Because every tee is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after that.

Give it a day and check with neighbours, as carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not turned up, contact us. A parcel lost in transit is reprinted and reshipped free.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within one business day of approval. Your bank may then take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

100% ringspun cotton, printed with water-based inks that sit in the fabric instead of on top of it.

We print with water-based inks that bond into the cotton rather than sitting on top. Wash cold inside out and skip the dryer's high heat and the design holds for years.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid bleach and direct ironing on the print.

That is a normal pressing line from production. It lifts in the first cold wash.
