We print to order, which means a few days pass before anything ships. Here's the honest timeline so you know what's normal and when to worry.

Your tee is printed and cured to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — this is the part most people don't expect, and it's the part that makes the shirt yours.

Packed and shipped
3–5 business days
Checked, folded and handed to the carrier. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it's scanned.

On your doorstep
Total 5–10 business days
Wash it cold and inside out and the print will outlast the shirt.
Free US shipping on orders over $85. Busy seasons like Christmas can add a day or two in production — we'll say so on the product page when that's the case.
Need to fix something?
It's been a few days and nothing has shipped
That's almost always normal. Your tee doesn't exist until you order it — printing and curing takes 2–5 business days before it even reaches the carrier, so the first few days of quiet are production, not a problem.
If it's been more than 7 business days with no shipping email, message us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
I ordered the wrong size
If it hasn't gone into production yet, message us and we'll change it before anything is printed — no cost, no fuss.
If it's already shipped or arrived, we'll exchange it for the right size within 30 days. The tee needs to be unworn and unwashed. We cover the replacement; you cover return postage.
My shipping address is wrong
Tell us immediately. While the order still shows Order received we can update the address ourselves.
Once it shows Being printed the label is locked in, and after that the only option is waiting for the carrier to return it to us — which adds two to three weeks.
The print looks wrong, or it arrived damaged
That's on us. Send a photo with your order number and we'll print a replacement and ship it free — you don't need to send the faulty one back.
Worth knowing: a faint pressing line across the print is normal on a brand-new tee and lifts out after the first wash. If that's what you're seeing, give it one cold wash before writing it off.
Tracking says delivered but it isn't here
Give it 24 hours first — carriers regularly scan a parcel as delivered the evening before it actually lands, and it often turns up with a neighbour or behind a gate.
If it still hasn't appeared after a full day, message us and we'll open a case with the carrier and get a replacement moving.
