Rates and delivery windows

Destination Cost Free over Total time Import duties
United States $5.95 $85 5–10 business days None
Canada $9.95 $120 7–15 business days Paid by us
Australia $14.95 $150 12–25 business days Paid on arrival
New Zealand $14.95 $150 12–25 business days Paid on arrival

All in business days, and the day you order doesn't count. Totals include printing, so this is door-to-door, not just transit.

Why there's a short wait

We don't hold stock. Your shirt doesn't exist until you order it, which is why nothing ships the same day — and why what turns up was made for you rather than pulled off a shelf. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Track an existing order
  1. 01You order. It goes to the print queue within 24 hours.
  2. 02It's printed and cured to order — nothing pulled off a shelf.
  3. 03Checked, folded, and handed to the carrier with tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders inside the United States have no customs step at all — nothing to pay beyond what you see at checkout.

Canada ships duty-paid. We settle the import charges before your parcel leaves, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival and no broker knocking on your door.

Australia and New Zealand ship from the USA, which means your parcel clears customs on arrival. Any import duty or GST is assessed and charged to you by your own country's customs authority. Those rates are set by your government, not by us, and they aren't included in what you pay at checkout.

We declare every parcel honestly. We won't mark an order as a gift or undervalue it — it puts your parcel at risk and it isn't who we want to be.

If something goes wrong

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days

Quiet tracking is normal, especially on the long legs. Carriers scan a parcel when it changes hands, not continuously, so a few days of silence between an origin scan and the next one usually means it's simply in transit.

If nothing has moved for more than 7 days, send us your order number and we'll open a case with the carrier.

I entered the wrong address

Tell us straight away. While your order still shows Order received we can correct it at no cost.

Once printing starts the label is locked in. After that the parcel has to fail delivery and come back to the print facility before it can be resent, which adds two to three weeks — so the sooner you catch it, the better.

Can I pay for faster delivery?

Express options appear at checkout where the print facility offers them. Worth knowing: express only speeds up the transit half — printing still takes its 2 to 5 business days, because your shirt has to exist before anyone can rush it anywhere.

If you have a hard deadline, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

My order arrived in two parcels

That's expected on multi-item orders. Different designs are sometimes printed at different facilities, and rather than hold your whole order back we ship each part as it's finished.

You're never charged twice for shipping, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Do you ship to my country?

Right now we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Those are the places we can get a tee to you at a delivery time and cost we're comfortable promising.

If you're somewhere else, email us — if we're getting enough requests from your country, it moves up the list.

How it arrives

Folded in a plain mailer with no loud branding on the outside — good if it's a gift, and small enough to fit through most letterboxes so it isn't left on a doorstep in the rain.

Still not sure about something? We'd much rather answer before you buy than after.
